Dated Jan 24, 1875 at 10:55 a.m. in the town hall of Frigento

Appearing was Giuseppe Martone, age 27,a peasant living in Frigento. He reported that at 4:25 P.M. on the 23rd of the current month, in the house at #7 Contrada Macchia, his wife Filomena Cipriano, a peasant living with him, gave birth to an infant of feminine sex, whom he was presenting and to whom was being given the name Angela Rosa.

Witnesses to the declaration of the birth, and presentation of the infant, were Michele Martone, age 30, a peasant, and Vitantonio Ciampi, age28, a peasant, both residents in the town.

Giuseppe Martone, the declarant, and the others, did not sign, as they were illiterate. Only the town official signed below.
