Searching for birth certificate in Reggio Calabria

Hello!

I'm trying to find the birth certificate of my great great grandfather. I've been looking in Family Search without any success.

The following information is in his immigration card in Brazil:
Name: Miguel Gramulha
Parents: Carmo Gramulha and Carmela Severina
DOB: 02/03/1900
Place of birth: Reggio Calabria (not sure whether the comune or the province)

I also have his marriage certificate in Brazil, with the same information. The only difference is his father's name, Carmine Gramulha.

I'm kind of lost of what I should do next. Any suggestions?

The surname could possibly be GRAMUGLIA - found in Reggio Calabria Province.

Specifically in:
Bagnara Calabra (most abundant here today)
Seminara
Villa San Giovanni
Reggio Calabria
Gioia Tauro
San Procopio
Silla

I'm already trying to find something on the antenati site. But a question that I have is: can't we assume that all the information on the antenati is also on Family Search?

Another question: is there a digital repository for the Lista di Leva records?

There is a notation of marriage in the column...
Hard to read the year -
Looks like marriage of Rosario to Giovanna Ianni(?) on 22 July 19?0

Even though my great great grandfather left Italy as a kid (I'm assuming that because he was born in 1900 and married in Brazil in 1919), I was told that I should look at the Lista di Leva, because somehow kids could also be in the records. So I did send an e-mail to the director of the Archivio di Stato di Reggio Calabria. The answer I got is as follows:

"OGGETTO: Transmissione notizie - Michele Gramuglia

Con riferimento all'e-mail del 26 agosto 2017, si comunica che il nominativo indicado in oggetto non risulta iscritto sulle rubriche alfabetiche dei ruoli matricolari di questa provincia dal 1898 al 1902. Si fa presente che è possible consultare gli atti di Stato Civile accedendo al portale Antenati, curato dalla Direzione generale per gli Archivi, dove sono pubblicate le immagini digitali degli atti di Stato Civile esistente negli Archivi di Stato italiani."

Well, it seems then that the last digital hope of finding his birth certificate is the Antenati portal. I have been looking at the records by comune in the Reggio Calabria province. However some comuni don't have records for every year. Also some comuni don't have all records for some years. For example, the Reggio Calabria comune has records for 1900, but only up to 03/03/1900.

Is there anything else that I could do other than to look at every microfilm available for 1900 in that province?

The parents of Michele Gramuglia in BA #62 are Santo Rocco Gramuglia and Domenica Gramuglia.

FYI - I have been searching for a marriage for Michele/Miguel's parents in a few towns in Reggio Calabria (for the 20 years before 1900)
I have found many Gramuglia marriages, and even found one or two Carmine Gramuglia, but the bride is never Carmina Severina.
