This is a birth certificate for My cousin's grandfather who moved to Canada around 1900. Unfortunately I was only able to translate a few items - for example:
" the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty (two?) and a few other words in the text part of the form.
I'm unclear as whether the date in the first line is the birth date OR the date the birth was registered. Also, some script regarding the municipality could be the place of birth OR the place where the form was registered.
On line two, I was really confused as - "a ore" translating to "In Hours" - but the next text word "meridiane" translated to "Sundials".
I attach copies of the form for your consideration in determining its English translation\.
Thank you.
