another courtesy... this record Debbie.. please help me.. this is for a long search, that after Girolamo Gentile for George friend, now in my free time I help Melody friend with Violissi research that the oldest members sure they remember it.. well the great steps now ( draft card; 2 ship's manifest, 1930 census, naturalization, marriage record etc... but in Civo/sondrio province no records, and also no records in archivio di stato di sondrio, so a more deep search again) and I'm sure that this is FINALLY the 1900 census about Marcello Jack Violissi... and now I ask help for to see the census sheet... I hope in your help debbie or also in Nuccia help... this is the record:

1900 United States Federal Census

Violeri Marcello city, Middlesex, Connecticut abt 1883 Italy White

thanks for all! regards, suanj

Here is the 1900 census you needed. I know there is nothing like actually "seeing" the census page for yourself. Hope it helps with the search. I am amazed at how you never seem to forget a request for help and search and search for solutions for others. Such a kindness.

I am also trying to find someone who came to Boston from either Potenza or San Mauro Forte. I tried looking at ancestry.com and he is no where to be found. His name is Leonard A. Lacovara, born april 16, 1899 and came to america between 1915-1920. any ideas ?
