Help with Birth Act

I'm helping someone from the local library trace her Italian roots and could use some help with the extraction of her ggrandfather's birth act from Gangi. It's #2. Marcello Olivestro.

Here's what I done so far but I'm having trouble with the balance of the record.

"On the 16th of January at 5:10 pm in the town hall of Gangi before Salvadore Barone, the representative of the mayor and the official of the civil records office, appeared Maria Ferrarelli daughter of the deceased Cataldo, 52 years old, receiver of foundlings, residing in Gangi at Via Santa Lucia, #164, who declared that at 11:10 am on the 16th (of January 1877) was found on the "wheel of foundlings" a male child without ......" Having trouble with the balance of the birth act. Any help with the balance or corrections to what I've done would be greatly appreciated.

".... un fanciullo che mi presenta senza veste alcuna, e senza alcu segno apparente sul corpo. Dopo aver visitato il fanciullo ho riconosciuto essere vivo, e di sesso maschile di età apparente di un giorno. Ho tosto ricevuto il fanciullo anzidetto che sarà rimesso all'Ospizio di Palermo, di unita alla Copia del presente atto, ed al quale viene dato il nome ed il cognome di Marcello Olivastro.
