Saverio Bruno - Death 1921

Hi all,

I'm having issues deciphering this handwritten death certificate, which can be found here: Saverio Bruno.

I know that his wife was Francesca Ingrao and his parents Pasquale Bruno & Giuseppa Gambino. For starters, is his death on January 9th 1921? What is this other date I see in there (March 25th 1919)?

Any other help with this document (which stretches 2 pages) is very much appreciated. Thank you!

Saverio Bruno, son of deceased Pasquale, 42 years old (born on Jan 18th, 1878), tailor.
Died on Mar 25th, 1919, in St. Louis, Missouri, after being shot. His residence address at the time was 913 North, 9th st. Jan 9th, 1921 is the date of the record.
