Vincenzo and Antonina Sanfilippo are the parents of Marg(arita) Giov(ann)a di Trapani, godmother of Ignazia Giovanna Sanfilippo.

I think the 'Marg' is struck out and her name is probably just Giovanna.
Places: Jaci, Palazzolo Acreide, Pedara, Trecastagni
Names: Fisichella, Gangemi, Miano, Moscuzza, Smriglio, Torrisi, Valvo
