Greetings I would like to get a narrative translation of death record #133 for Andrea Chiappini from Fossombrone, dated 1875. I am a newbie and a detailed translation of the entire document would be very helpful to me, to include the pre-printed portions (it will help me to read other documents in the future).

Death Record No 133: Andrea Chiappini
Fossombrone: 18 October 1875, 4 pm

Appearing before the official were Aldebrando Casoli, 55 yo, Barbiere (barber), living in Fossombrone, and Gelasio Campari, 37 yo, becchino (Grave Digger), living in Fossombrone, who reported that at 7 am, today (oggi), in the house in Via Cittadella, No 28, died Andrea Chiappini, 60 yo, bracciante (Farmhand), residing in Fossombrone, born in Fossombrone, son of deceased Bartolomeo, and deceased Lucia Maestrini, who both lived in Fossombrone when living. Andrea was the husband of Margherita Severini. (marito di Severini Margherita)

Witnesses were:

Benedetto Aiudi, 44 yo, Impiegato and Cesare Tamburini, 47 yo, Impiegato.

Edit to add: I've just worked out what Benedetto's surname is and corrected it.
