Help locating GGM Italian birth certificate

I wrote to my GGM's comune and they were able to locate her marriage certificate, as well as my GGF's birth certificate. They said they could not locate her birth certificate though (although her marriage certificate confirms she was born in the same town).<br/>
<br/>
I have tried a couple online resources, but am rapidly running out of ideas.<br/>
<br/>
Here is some information (I possibly have more too if it helps)<br/>
<br/>
Name: Annunciata (or possibly Annunziata) Guidotti<br/>
Born: March 20 1891<br/>
Place: Monfestino, Modena, Italy (now called Serramazzoni)<br/>
<br/>
Married: Sept. 5 1912 (also in Monfestino)<br/>
<br/>
Parents: Odoardo Guidotti and Palma Lanzotti<br/>
<br/>
I have successfully been able to find some of her sibling's birth certificate's online (both younger and older), but not hers.<br/>
<br/>
Here are the records from her day of birth in Monfestino, and she is not listed:<br/>

According to the marriage record, Annunciata Guidotti was born in Pompeano.
Pompeano, comune of Serramazzoni, Modena, Emilia Romagna

You might want to look for the allegati (attachments) to the marriage act. You might find the birth act there.

The bride Annunciata Guidotti did not submit her act of birth, but an "act of notoriety" issued by the Chancellor of the Procura of Pavullo.
