Carlo Tomasino's Father?

On the third and fourth lines it says, "domiciliato in q[uest]a e" then a few more words/abbreviations before "Francesco". It looks to me like "qe di si"... Is Francesco Carlo's father?

The q with the small e up in the air-I believe is an abbreviation for the word quartiere or district. There is a parish in Misilmeri by the name of S. Francesco d'Assisi. If you look at other records for this year, you will find this same wording. So Carlo was living in this district or neighborhood. Carlo's father's name is not given in the record.
