Baptismal record and interesting margin notes

Record 320 (the bottom one) is the relevant one.

I have everything in the first paragraph (I think, except the name of the church, which I have in English as "Our Lady of the Rosary, Orti Superiori").

It looks like there was a boy, Vincenzo, born to Stefano Scarfone and Josepha Franco on 27 January 1895, although the Latin in the second paragraph evades me and I'd love a translation for completion's sake.

The margin notes on the right appears to note that Vincenzo was married on 2 February 1930 to Vittoria Calipari, who was born in 1905 and baptized on 5 November 1905. Vittoria's parents are Luigi Calipari and Catarina Cana.

Do I have this correct?

The '321' and 'Santa Moscato' within the box connects with the script margin note outside the box. It appears they wedged-in record 321, the baptism of Santa Moscato daughter of Luigi [Moscato] and Catarina Canarata.

I believe the referenced marriage also belongs to Santa Moscato as it is within the circle and it is Vittorio, male, not Vittoria, female.
