1943 Death Record Fernanodo Amatiello

Another one with terrible writing.

Looking for the spelling of the name of the deceased, age at death (looks like 4 years or months?) the name of the father and full name of the mother.

I am seeing:
Fernando Amatiello, age 4 months.
Father: Michele
Mother: Concetta Pisaniello

Both of these surnames are found in Cervinara
