Please translate request instructions

Good afternoon all,

I need help translating instructions to obtain a document from the Varese State Archives. I entered this response into google translate and it hacked it terribly, making it very hard to know exactly what the instructions are, besides sending 2 Euro.

I think, and am hoping, that after every brick wall imaginable, that this response letter states it found the military record of my GGF!! And instructions to obtain a copy. Or does it just state, "send 2 Euro to conduct a search of their records"? I'm not sure due to the translation.

I would appreciate your help with the translation so that I can know if they did find his record, and the instructions on how to obtain it. It looks like there are several steps.
