I am looking for my great grandfather's family (Nicola Borrelli) and got a document hint on my familytree web site. It lists a Francesco Borrelli which matches my great grandfather's father and his mother was Teresa d'Irio as the family told me. Not a match but a possibility. I was also told that my great grandfather had a sister. A Nicola Borrelli is listed near the bottom of the page but I don't know how he is related to the others listed. Also in the margin there lists a Santoro which is also a family name as my grandmother Assunta Borrelli married a Giovanni Santoro. It would be very much appreciated if you could translate the document for me.
Thank you for any help you can provide,
Sharon

Act of Marriage (#9) - dated 25 April 1907, in Lama dei Peligni
Before the official appeared:
Nicola Di Giacomo, 24, farmer born in Lama dei Peligni, residing in said town, son of Pietropaolo [Di Giacomo] residing in Lama dei Peligni, and of deceased Matilde Mastrangelo, who resided there in her lifetime;
AND
Pasquarosa Borrelli, 23, farmer born in said town, residing said town, daughter of deceased Francesco [Borrelli], residing in Lama in his lifetime; and of Teresa D'Alessandro, residing in said town.
One of the witnesses to the recording of the marriage act was Nicolangelo Borrelli, 22, farmer, but no relationship is given.
The publication of the banns of marriage was made on 14 and 21 of April
Present at the marriage to give consent was the father of the groom.
The groom signed the act with the witness Di Falco, and with the official.
Note: the notation in the margin has nothing to do with the marriage. It is the verification by the official that he viewed the register to that date, 10 May 1907.
