Help with Translation

Post by poliquie »

I am looking for help with the translation of this birth record
I think it says that on Feb 1, 1901 a birth of a son was recorded for Raffaele Mazza and his wife Maria Fortunata Mazza. The son was born Jan 29th? 1901 and was given the name Raffaele Francesco Ciro Antonio Arturo Mazza?

I just wonder if this is correct and if it lists anywhere, who the grandparents were? I cant see anything, but they are not always easy to read... thanks

Yes, you have the information stated correctly.
Raffaele was a sailor/mariner and unable to present. That was done by the midwife, Marianna Gianone.
There are no grandparents mentioned.
