Here's a link to the record

The record above is dated Jan 31st, but in the index appears as Dec 31st, and is among the December records, but the death took place on May 11th, 1853. The child was only 4 years old.
As to the handwritten section, I see the word tradivamente-belatedly. I also see the word dichiarazione for declaration and "i genitori" at the end of the first line. I think the first word on the next line is a form of the word sbalordire. What I believe this section is saying is that the declaration concerning Iannarone's death is being made belatedly because the death of their four year old had left the parents dazed or speechless, so they were unable to make the declaration concerning the death, at the time it actually occurred.

Re: help with birth act
after the word which looks like a form of the word sbalordire, it says "dalla morte della detta Iannarone"-"by the death of the aforementioned Iannarone"
Re: help with birth act
THANK YOU! i was only able to pick out a few words - knew it had something to do with the parents and father's death, all the rest was a big question.

There's nothing in this record about the father's death, but possibly you know that he died after his daughter???-What I deciphered above about the aforementioned death refers to the daughter's death.
