It seems that Matteo and Teresa were married on 3 June 1875 in Campagna, Salerno.
I'm really having trouble with Matteo's parent's names.

Yes, you are correct - 3 June 1875 is the date of the marriage
Banns were posted on 21 and 28 February 1875.

Matteo's parents are: Carmine [Iasparro] residing in Campagna and deceased Francesca Megaro.
