First:

No. 63 Antonio Pagliasotto

On December 30, 1856 in the parish of San Giovanni Battista, Comune of Bosconero…

Then preprinted lines crossed through. Then:

From the venerable main hospital of Saints Maurizio and Lazzaro was humbly transmitted a copy of the death act of Antonino Pagliasotto who died on the 24th of April, and that copy was inserted behind the present original copy.

Second:

No. 38 Pietro Franzino

On November 25, 1865 in the parish of the Assumption, Comune of Feletto…

Then preprinted lines crossed through. Then:

From the secretary of the state for the business affairs was transmitted a copy in duplicate of the death act of Pietro Franzino who died on the 21st of October om the hospital of ___ Algeria?, and that copy was inserted behind the present duplicate copy.

I don't think that it means that. It's just that the details are probably in the original document. In situations like this I have usually seen them transcribe most or all of the atto di morte from the original source, but here they are just referring to the original document without a transcription. It typically indicates a resident of the comune who died somewhere outside the comune, necessitating a record both places.

In Pietro Franzino's record-I believe the word after ospedale is militare-so the death took place in a military hospital in Algeria. The death also took place in 1862 and not in 1865 and the copy was from the office of foreign affairs, not business affairs.
