Below is a link to the baptism record of Celegera? Colletti, son of Antonio Colletti and Lucia di Carlo 8 Sept 1845 in San Martino parish, Corleone. Is the name of the child correct? Is the child male or female?

The infant is Maria Anna. You have the correct parents, although the father's first name is given as Antonino and not Antonio. Calogera Colletti is the godmother, and the wife of Maestro* (title) Paolo Paparcusi.
