Looking for parents of Michael Chudkosy and wife Michelina Marszycka

Michael Chudkosky was born 10 November 1897 in Bassarabia, Russia and died January 1963 in New York. His first wife, Michelina Marszycka was born in 1896 in Brezany, Austria and died about 1930 in Manhattan, NY. They were married February 9, 1919 in Manhattan, NY. Certificate # 6289. Trying to find their parents.
I have the parents of his second wife, Maria Lucniak or Luczniak who was born October 14, 1905 in Berezhany, Ternopil', Ukraine and died December 1980 in New York.

I see a Lina Chudkovsky in the NYC Municipal Archives died Jan 15, 1930.

So the certificate number, date, and Chudkosky surname spelling are different, but close enough to be the same people. Sort of like census records - lots of spelling errors because many were illiterate or didn't speak English well, and the census taker guessed at the spelling. More surprised at the date differences (January 6 versus February 9). Wondering if they represent a civil marriage followed by a church marriage on a different date.

I looked at Naturalization documents saying he arrived on the President Grant on 1 Oct 1913;however, I could not him on the manifest - I was hoping to identify a family member.
