Hi Everyone: I hope this message finds you all well. I need assistance with this birth record for my Uncle Alfred Carbone's father. I believe this is his birth record. I can usually translate, but this is a tough one. The handwriting is hard to read and it doesn't seem to be the usual record. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
