Help with Translation Death Record

If any of you are available to help translate this death record of Rosa Marazzano (sp?), I would appreciate it. I believe she is the first wife of my ancestor Filippo Carretto. I'm especially interested in how she died and where she is from. I will attach a few additional images of her name as well from the indices, if you can offer any insight with the proper spelling of her name.
