Help with family tree for Mastrorocco

I am helping my best friend with her family tree. She does not know much about her Ancestors.

Here is what I need help with her Grandfather was named Frank Mastrorocco or Mastrocoo. His given name could be Francesco. Everything I found here in the USA he went by Frank.

Frank was born 21 May 1888 in a place called Fogga, Italy. He departed Naples, Italy 6 Jun 1907 on a ship called Campania. He arrived in New York 24 Jun 1907. Ant information that you can find on him , his family etc.

On his naturalization papers for USA he said he was a widower.

Before me Domenico Giordano, Pharmacist, Senior Councilor, functioning for the Mayor as official of the town of Ischitella, appeared Giuseppe Mastrorocco, age 42, shoemaker residing in Ischitella, in which he declared to me (the official) that at 12 noon, on the 21st of the current month, in the house in Vico Maiorano #5, to his legitimate wife Colomba Ventrella, housewife, residing with him, was born a child of male gender who he presented to me (the offficial), and to whom was given the name FRANCESCOPAOLO
To the above (the declaration) and to this act (recording of the birth) were present as witnesses Angelo Peres, age 72, farmer; and Angelo Pizzarelli, age 50, farmer, both residents in this town.
I read the present act to all the participants and only I signed because the others were illiterate.

Thank you for doing that I am a little confused right now. First what does the #95 and #5 mean. Is Vico Maiorano and wife Colomba Ventrella related to Giuseppe Mastrorocco. It doesn't really say that. it seems they may be residing with him but that doesn't prove they are related.

First what does the #95 (This is the record number of this birth recorded in that year) and #5 (this is the address of the house in Vico Maiorano... Vico is a type of alley or street) mean. Is Vico Maiorano (this is the name of the street, passageway) and wife Colomba Ventrella related to Giuseppe Mastrorocco (she is Giuseppe Matrorocco's legitimate wife, residing with him at #5 Vico Maiorano). It doesn't really say that. it seems they may be residing with him but that doesn't prove they are related.

Again thank you. Is there any information that you can obtain about Giuseppe Mastroroccco and his wife Colomba Ventrella. And any information if there were brothers or sisters of Francesco Paolo.
