Petilia Policastro Civil Records - Trocino and Catanzaro

I am seeking information on where to find civil records from Petilia Policastro. Specifically, I am looking for information on Salvatore Catanzaro DOB 1 Mar 1890 and Vittoria Trocino, DOB 31 Mar 1892. They married in Petilia Policastro prior to coming to NY. They also had a daughter, Isabella, who was born in Petilia Policastro on 13 Jul 1914.

Vittoria Trocino birth act, #77

Presented on the 30th of March, 1892, born on the 29th, by father Francesco Trocino, 30, a farmer, who stated that in a house on Via Petilina from his wife Maria Vona was born a female child given the name Vittoria. Marriage information in the margin indicates mattiage took place in 1911.
