Marriage date: Apr 13th, 1872 at 12:00
Groom: Gaspare Giumelli (that's how I read his surname), 32 years old, "mannese" (I think a "mannese" was a carpenter specialized in cart reparing), never married, living in this town, son of Stefano, and Anna Santomauro, grocers (or cheesemongers).
Bride: Anna Carmina Tavolario, 25 years old, never married, born and living in this town, daughter of Gavino, blacksmith, and Annantonia Guerriero, peasant.

I agree with Pippo, it's definitely written as Giumelli. If you look at the name Gaspare Giumelli on the record, the first letters are exactly the same. The other records you posted were definitely Piumelli.

Also agree on mannese. They were essentially the mechanics in the cart era.
