Death record for Gavino Tavolario - Quadrelle

[todson]

Greetings - Looking for some help translating this 1875 Quadrelle death record for Gavino Tavolario. Gavino had one known marriage to Anna Antonia Guerriero (1818-1890).

Help with birth year, wife’s name, parent’s name, etc. will be greatly appreciated. Also, if you can let me know what context is Stefano Piumelli being mentioned in this document. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Regards - Tod Davis
