Translating this document for Antonio delli Paoli

Post by pm16 »

Hi,
I have absolutely no idea what this says. I know its something for Antonio delli Paoli. It was in the matrimonio, processetti for his granddaughter.

Thanks in advance

Patti

It appears to be an extract of the 1793 church marriage from the parish of San Benedetto Abate of the bride Giuseppa delli Paoli's grandparents (parents of her deceased father Andrea delli Paoli) Antonio delli Paoli and Anna Menditto

Interesting side note: I don't know how current this information is but the priest listed on the diocese of Caserta website for the parish is Father Angelo delli Paoli

Delli Paoli Don Angelo
Parroco di S. Benedetto Abate in Maddaloni (CE)
Rettore del Santuario S. Michele e S. Maria del Monte in Maddaloni (CE)

This is the extract of the death record of Antonio delli Paoli, paternal grandfather of the bride. He was the widower of deceased Anna Menditto when he died at about the age of 45 on March 27, 1793. He had received all of the Sacraments (that is, Confession/Penance, Communion (the Eucharist), and Extreme Unction (the last rites), although the Sacraments are not specified in this record, which was for use for his granddaughter's marriage.

Hi Biff and Patti
Happy to help. Patti, unfortunately, Antonio's parents are not named in his death record extract.
