need help transcribing 1893 Atti di Nascita for Anna De Liso

I have transcribed this 1893 Atti di Nascita for Anna De Liso, the last born of the siblings of my wife's paternal grandfather. I don't know why but this document has my brain all muddled. I would appreciate any help correcting my transcription.

I have attached the original two page Atti and my muddled transcription in Microsoft Word. I have created a template I use that has the written words and phrases in brackets [ ]. For the final transcription I will remove the brackets so Google Translate will recognize the transcription.

I tried scanning a better resolution and the upload said each was too large. Will the two records uploaded by mmogno today help with transcribing? I normally upload at 600 dpi .jpg with no problems. Not sure what happened this time.

Even though I previously uploaded smaller originals can I try and upload larger originals? What is the max size allowed on the sire?
