Birth Record Notation Translation

Hello, I'm looking for some help in translating the marriage notation (written in the margins) on this birth certificate. It is the marriage of Maria Concezia Bevilacqua and Nicoli Tamburrini. I can read there are dates in the notation, but don't know what specifically they relate to. Obviously I'm looking to narrow down their marriage date.
