/Novara Civil Registration Records 1809-to 1866

The records on Family Search for Italy, Novara, Novara Civil Registration start at 1866. Would older records, say from 1809 forward to 1866 be listed under another town?

It appears that there are some early records for a frazione of the town, but you'll have to view them at a family history center. Same with census records but those will be extremely difficult records. Always check the catalog for the town at family search to determine what's available.
