Hello, can you help confirm the birth date for my grandmother Elisabetta Guzzo? This birth record is a little different from some of the others I've seen. Is the date at the top her actual birth date or the day they appeared in front of the official? I can't find another date near the mother's name where I'm used to seeing them. But I may be missing it. Thanks in advance for your help.
