Help with the Latin translation of baptismal record #2 of Giovanni Negri

Good Morning,
I believe I have located the Latin baptismal record #2 (1817) of my 2nd great grandfather, Giovanni Negri. His father is Giuseppe Negri (whose father is Domenico Negri). Does this help? Could you tell me if this is the document and if so would you mind translating it for me. I would be so grateful and thank you!! Giovanni would have been born about 1818 from his death record (died in 1893 at age 75).
