Need help with translation of Latin document no#, under name Negri

Post by jrbak »

Hello,
I found the 1805 Latin marriage record of my 3rd great grandparents in Piverone, between Josephi or Giuseppe (his father, Domenico) and Paola ? Benedetto. It is a one liner but the date is above and then they list several marriages at once. The names are about all I can make out and the date 1805.
Could someone help translate please.

Thank you so much!

Dear mmogno,
Thank you for the translation of Guiseppe and Paola's marriage record. I appreciate it so much; I know I continue to say it but I mean it. Is eadem ecclesia a name of a church or type of church? I looked it up but could not find much about it. Or does it just mean the local church?
Thank you,Jefferie (jrbak)

eadem ecclesia

it just means "the same church"-which mmogno told in his reply above with the date of the record

Possibly the church of S. Pietro and S. Lorenzo (line #1)

Line #1: "Anno D(omi)ni 1805 in eadem ecclesia sub tit(ulo) SS. Petri et Laurenti..."

Thank you both mmogno and Erudita74,
I can see that now as I look again at the record. It was hard to read. Thank you for the answers.
Talk with you both again,
