Hi Everyone:
I can use assistance with the death record for Fortunata Carbone. Here is the link:
http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it ... ewsIndex=0
I was able to translate the following:
Name: Fortunata Carbone
Date: April 1, 1877
Age: 80 (Born in 1797)
Address: born in Morteforte Irpino - Strada Tuoro / however, did her death take place in a hospital?
Father: Vito
Mother: Teresa M________?
There is also a side note that I am not able to translate. I thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Sue
First-Teresa's surname is Masucci, which is found in the town
Secondly, the death took place in a hospital room, as far as I understand the record (nel locale di questo Pio Spedale di San Giacomo)
Lastly, the notation in the margin has nothing specific to do with your record other than the fact that it is the first record of the second three months (trimester) of the year of 1877. What is confusing is the wording of the notation which reads that the official saw and verified the first quadrimester of the current year of 1877. I would have expected that notation to be with the first record of the month of May and not of April. I believe we had seen similar notations with some of your records a long time ago.
