Assistance with translation of death record # 20 for Antonio Bertola

Good Afternoon,
May I have some assistance with additions/corrections to this death record of my third great grandfather, Antonio Bertola? I would appreciate it so very much.

Died at home on 23rd of June, 1896. He was given all the sacraments. He was age 83. He was born and lived in Piverone. His father was Lorenzo Bertola and his mother Gio Maria Ollearo. He was a widower at the time of his death of Giacinto Orione and Angela Lavarino whose father was Lorenzo. He was buried the next day in the local cemetery.
