Assistance with translation of Latin 1749 birth record #323 for Giovanni Domenico

Hello,
I believe I have found the birth record in Latin for my 4th great grandfather, Giovanni Domenico. Could I please have some assistance with the translation of this record.

I believe it says:
#323 5 February 1749 (in eadem ecclesia) in this church ( I think this refers to the are churches SS Petri(o) and Laurenti that are on the top of the page?)

Giovanni Domenico, the legitimate and natural son of Joseph Anthony and Anna, Jugalium (married couple), Negro baptized ? 8 ?, I cannot read the remainder of the Latin. except at the end- Giovanni Anthony Negro.

Giovanni Domenico, the legitimate and natural son of Joseph Anthony and Anna, Jugalium (married couple), Negro natus die nono (born on day 9); what you read as 8 is really a "D", I cannot read the remainder of the Latin. except at the end- Giovanni Anthony Negro.Godparents were Giovanni Battista Amoretto (what follows might be the place he was from, but I'm not sure, and Anna Maria, wife of Giovanni Antonio Negro
