Birth No 11: Vincenzo Vitale
Viggiano: 29 January 1900
Appearing before the official was Carlo Vitale, 31 yo, contadino, living in Viggiano, who reported that at 3.30 am, on 28 January 1900, in the house in Via San Benedetto, without number, from his legitimate union with Eleonora Maria Nigro, 26 yo, contadina, living with him, was born a baby boy, who he presented to the official, and gave the name Vincenzo Vitale.

The other two people mentioned there, Antonio Del Sole, 56 yo, contadino and Domenico Nigro, 33 yo, contadino were just the witnesses to the Birth Record. Only the official signed the Birth Record as the declarant and witnesses were unable to write.

Side Annotation dated 10 October 1922: On 3 April 1921, (Vincenzo), in Viggiano, marries Maria Rosa Corsini, daughter of Domenico.

Happy to help. Not sure if you have any musical ability, but Viggiano was/is well known for it's talented musicians.
