Help with Latin translation of 1706 birth record #22 of Giuseppe Antonio Negro (Negri)

May I please have some assistance with the Latin translation of my 5th great grandfather's birth record in 1706.

I believe this says: #22 Giuseppe Antonio, Legitimate and natural son of Lorenzo and Elizabeth, spouses Negro, born 23 Dec 1706, (I cannot translate the rest ?? until) PP (sponsors?) Giuseppe Antonio Gagna and Victoria, wife of Peter Giovanni, spouses Negro.

Baptism was on the 24th, euisdem (referring to the month and year being the same as the birth)-So Dec 24th.

Victoria, the godmother, was the wife (uxor) of Pietro Giovanni Guglielmo Negro
