Translating my Great Grandfather's WWI Record

Hi All. I just received my great grandfather's military record from my researcher and i'm so excited to read it! I was hoping I could get it translated. The things my researcher told me is that he was in hospital due to a severe ear infection, and he was appointed as private first class. But that's all i know that's included in the record.

I know the record is quite big, so I wouldn't mind not translating the left column as that's just basic information. The rest of the handwritten information I would like help on the most.

Also, as a side question. Where would I be able to research in depth about his regiment during the war? I've been stuck trying to find websites that give detail on what each regiment in the war was doing. I'd like to know as much as a can
