After a little investigation, I found the surname "Amicarella" is found in the province of Salerno as well as Abruzzo. I'm unsure why my 6x GGF would find a wife in this area of Italy, but I'm hoping maybe you can shed some light on this if, in fact, it's true. I'm just a bit confused.
