Can I please get a translation of the below Marriage Act of Francesco Merola and Maria Garzillo, as well as the Death Act of Maria's father Agostino that is in the allegati records? For the marriage act, it has lines through the space where one would fill in where each spouse was born, does that mean it was in the same commune? Thanks!

S. Maria Capua Vetere: 21 March 1903

Groom: Francesco Merola, 24 yo, never married (celibe), born and residing this town, son of Giuseppe (Merola), residing this town, and of Vincenza Capo, residing this town.

Bride: Maria Garzillo, never married (nubile), 18 yo, contadina, born and residing this town, daughter of the deceased Agostino (Garzillo), who resided S.Maria Capua Vetere, when living, and of Teresa Tescione, residing this town.



Death No 23: Agostino Garzillo

Pontelatone: 7 October 1897
Died the same day at 2.07 am

Agostino Garzillo, 57 yo, contadino, who resided when living in Pontelatone, was born in Resina, the son of the deceased Pasquale (Garzillo), a contadino, who lived in life in Resina, and of the deceased Annamaria Gaudio, a contadina, who also lived in Resina when living. He was the husband of Teresa Piscino.

So there's conflicting information about Maria Garzillo's birth mother. Finding her original birth record would give the correct surname. Maria's birth extract here gives the name Tescione as well, but this could be clerical error. There's also other conflicting information there between the Death Record and the Marriage Record re Agostino's residence.

Confirm's mother's name: Teresa Tescione, as per birth extract and marriage document.

Either there are errors in the Death Record, or they have pulled out the incorrect Death Record, both of which did happen. Finding Agostino Garzillo and Teresa Tescione's marriage record will confirm Agostino's parents names, his place of birth and place of residence. I'll leave you with that task as I've run out of time.
