"Il presente registro dello Stato Civile da me Maire infrascritto rimesso ad uso della parrocchiale di San Michele del presente comune di Rivarolo in questo giorno tre fiorile anno decimo della Repubblica Francese per descriversi le nascite consiste in ventiquattro e da me parafrato (?) in cadun foglio"
This Stato Civile Register that I, the undersigned Mayor (in French "Maire" here), gave for the use of the church of San Michele of this Comune of Rivarolo today Fiorile 3rd (if I'm right, Apr 22nd; after French Revolution a new calendar was adopted, and the names of months changed) of the tenth year of French Republic, to note down the births, consists of 24 pages, and was initialled by me on every sheet.

Giacomo Antonio Leone, son of the spouses Guglielmo, peasant, and Domenica Maria Leone, was born on Pratile 3rd (May 22nd) and on the same day was baptized by me. Godparents were Guglielmo, son of deceased Lodovico Bertinetto, and Maria Teresa, daughter of Giovanni Antonio Leone.
