I could use a little translation assistance with a 1837 birth record for Maria Pascale from Monteforte Irpino. My question is who is Maria's father? I see that a Modestino Pascale presented a female child. I have put on my tree that Mari'a father is Vincenzo and mother is Anastasia Aurigemma (sp?). However, after looking at the record again, I am wondering if Modestino Pascale is her father and not Vincenzo? And, if Vincenzo is her father, who is Modestino? I wish I could read the record and not guess.

Vincenzo's father Modestino announced the birth. Maria is Vincenzo and Anastasia's daughter.
I believe you have Anastasia's maiden name correct.
