You might contact us for a referral.
We are lucky to have found Avv. Norma Cecconi who lives in Rome and is a lawyer with experience in the field of immigration and citizenship requests and in dealing with Italian public administration.

Ciao Clovis!

I hired Luigi Paiano. My family's 1948 case was successful. I would definitely recommend him. He was excellent about getting back to me when I emailed him, he always responded. He put up with the multitude of questions that sent him. He was always very friendly, too. We had a few delays (NOTHING that was Avv. Paiano's fault, administrative things at the Court, changes of judges, etc.) but through it all, I really felt that Avv. Paiano was on our side through it all.

If you would like any more information about Avv. Paiano and his 1948 case representation, please feel free to PM me and I will try to answer your questions.

My best to you in your quest for Italian citizenship recognition.

We did our 1948 case with Avv. Marco Bersani from Verona, he and his Law Firm team are Immigration lawyers and specialized on italian citizenship by descent cases with long and deep experience.
I can highly recommend them as they followed my case deeply step-by-step (instead of other "experts" I contacted before).

I can confirm, they processed my 1948 case last year and was successful. My case was handled directly by Mr. Bersani, but all of them are very kind and professional

This is old but I'll say I'm using Avv. Arturo Grasso - I am extremely detail oriented (and anxious) and I ask A LOT of legal questions, questions about how the law works in Italy, etc. He has been nothing but patient with me and given me tons of advice on how to proceed, and frankly gave me what I consider a very good price as well.

Hello everyone,
Does the attorney have to be in the city where your family came from? If not, what city should the attorney be located? Please advise as I’m not sure what the requirements are. Thanks for all your help!
