Help please with Atti di Matrimonio

Oh my goodness where has the website been the last five years?! So informative! I just found it trying to decipher handwriting and I plan to research every part of it. I think it could have been so helpful these past years as I struggled to find my ancestors. So thank you in advance to whomever started it and all of the people who help! I have many questions, but will start with my most recent puzzle.

My 2x great grandparents marriage registry. Francesco Mataluna and Carolina Magliocca. I just found it today. The microfiche quality is not good, and neither is my Italian. Here is what I think I know from it...
December 1866 (day?)
He was 30, farm laborer. She was 25.
His parents: Clemente? Giuseppina Tropano?
Her parents: Francesco? Rosaria Raimondo?

Biggest questions...were they “nati” in Maddaloni? Or just residing? It is hard for me to figure out. I ask because I thought I had a lead for Francesco’s birth and parents, but it was a birth for same name in a different town a bit away with different parent's’ names.

Were their parents alive or deceased at the time of the announcement(I think “do” vs “di”?)?
Anything else recorded that I missed?
