Experience using ItalianSide.com's services?

Hi everyone!

I am considering paying for ItalianSide.com's genealogy services (they use on-the-ground researchers to access Italian archives). I'd like to use them to see if they could find some death records in Italy that I have not been able to find in any online archives. Does anyone know if it is trustworthy (i.e. not a scam?).

They seem great, but I just wanted to check to see if anyone had any experience with them!

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
