Marriage Translation

Post by rp76226 »

The following link is for pages 2-3 of Giuseppe Cascio's son. Hoping that it gives Giuseppe Cascio's parents, but also interested in all genealogical data given here.

The names of Giuseppe's parents are not given. Only that their acts of death were presented as supporting documents for his son's marriage. As far as the paternal grandfather was concerned, he is not named and the groom did not know his place of birth and he did not know his last place of residence.

In the processetti are a number of the documents referenced in the above record. I believe that they start here and go through several of the succeeding pages.

Thank you. Wow - 10 pages of related documents from Image 511 to image 520. I saw death records for ancestors of the bride and groom, but nothing that gave me the grandparents of the groom which is what I have been searching for. They did have records that gave me the grandparents of the bride, but I already had that. At times, they seemed to abbreviate first names. For instance on image 519 below, the father of the deceased seems abbreviated. It should read figlio di Vincenzo, but what I see is shortened gibberish.

Thank you so very much for all your work.

I originally had a longer reply, but as happens so often on this website, if you take "too long" to reply and hit Submit, you lose the reply. Sometimes you can hit the browser back arrow and get it back, but not always. Though I've asked, I never have gotten a response as to why. Very frustrating!!
