help with notation on death act #271

i am a bit confused on the notation....it looks like it reads that it is correcting the age of death to be "di anni 100 giorni 13 non gia di anni 12." ...... meaning 13 yrs 100 days??

what am i missing here. i appreciate your help

I think it's supposed to be "anni 10 e giorni 13." It's not a zero after the number 10 but rather "e" for the word "and"
