Do Italians and Sicilians use different nicknames for Giuseppe and Giuseppa?

There are no rules, but, for instance:
Bepi and Beppe are mostly used in the North
Peppe and Pino all over Italy
Peppino is typically from Naples area
Pippo is used in Sicily (elsewhere, it's a nickname for Filippo; in fact when people hear my name they think 1) my real name is Filippo 2) I'm Sicilian, but neither of them)
