Hello, Everyone-

Can you please give me your opinion/translation of the FULL name of the groom in the first line?

Is it Giovanni Andrea Mateo Dini? It almost looks like Giovanni is a run-on between the 1st and second lines in the name of the (male) spouse box, but I think there's an "Andrea" in there. Not sure.
